First time patient they accommodated me as a walk in on a Saturday, the staff are friendly and helpful. They have medical, dental and women's health options available. The doctor was very informative and I felt comfortable talking with her, she was very nice. They were able to scheduled my desired days and time, thank you :)
This health-center is so wonderful for so many reasons. 1. It's easily accessible - to students of LAVC - by way of parking - by way of distance to public transportation - by ADA requirement - ease of making appointments 2. The staff is kind and knowledgeable - extremely patient - makes time to explain how to complete forms - listens to patient needs and concerns 3. Facility itself - Clean, Organized, New/Updated & Comfortable as a student of LAVC, I am so grateful to have this very easily accessible resource so proximal to us for our health needs and concerns. The staff is so helpful. I have access to medical advice and vaccines and assessments of my general health. I even got a referral for blood work for a snapshot of my health. Thank you so much to this staff -- as a member of this community, both a student and healthcare worker, I couldn't be more pleased by what is being offered here.
I want to give a shout out to Sandra Cova. She is kind and positive and very good at her job. She returns my phone calls and she listens to my concerns and does her very best for me. When it comes to making appointments for me, she always is able to accommodate my needs. Always a pleasure to see her, she brightens up my day...Thank you Sandra!
