The company is a licensed and certified Malarkey Roofing Products installer which was valuable to us and tailored our new roof materials and installation to our extremely high wind location. John and his crew did a great job on our re-roof in McCloud. I understand that they are running fewer people than they used to so they are constantly booked out way in advance. We had to wait a year for them to get to our house, but it was worth the wait. The crew did a fantastic job with tear-off and clean up. I felt sorry for them trying to finish the new metal roof in the first storm of the season but they did it. Marianne in the office handled all the scheduling, paperwork and billing timely and efficiently. Quoted a very fair price and did a few repairs of water damaged areas at a very reasonable rate. I cannot praise Benson Roofing enough for the excellent service we received last week when they installed our new roof. Benson's contractors were efficient, professional, and hardworking. John and his crew, were kind and got the job done hassle-free. We are extremely pleased with the outcome - the roof is now not only beautiful but of high quality.
