After 9 years of searching for pain relief, I found Chris. I had a complex medial meniscus tear in 2016 and have had about 5-6 rounds of PT over the years. I was not able to be as active as I once was and the inability to ever bear full weight on that knee resulted in problems with flexibility & mobility. I was unable to play tennis as the twisting motions and running were too painful. After 8 sessions with Chris, I am able to bear full weight, play tennis, and walk again without pain! I honestly do not know where to begin. It's been about 4 months now that I have been seeing Chris regularly and he has really changed my life. I have had chronic hip, lower back pain and sciatica for over 20 years. The MRI and X-Rays were always clear and no doctor could figure out my pain. I have seen everyone from regular doctors who gave me cortisone shots, to physical therapists, to chiropractors to acupuncturists. If I got relief it was for a few days but none of them taught me where my pain was from and how to fix it on my own. That's where Chris comes in. Chris knows the body unlike anyone I have ever met.
