My experience at The Great Clips at Waterford was great. They have good stylists who listen to your requirements and do a great job! The check in process in the app was smooth as well.

Decent service and haircut quality. The online check in system is broken though. Consistently waiting about 15+ minutes for a haircut after arriving at appointment time. Defeats the purpose imo
