“Got a perm for my first time and Ming made it exactly how I imagined it. For context, I have straight coarse Asian male hair and it is a struggle to style. This perm made it so much easier to style it the way I want and it also looks great without product in the hair.

Ming is patient and gentle but also honest. My hair is extremely difficult to work with and Ming did mention that it wasn’t playing nice but she was still able to make it work. I’ll be a regular here.“

“I was a walk-in at Salon Rouge. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and relaxing. As I walked in I was greeted by Maya. She is friendly and welcoming. She listened to how I wanted my haircut and gave a suggestion on what she thought would look good on me. She really knows hair and her work shows her experience. I would highly recommend her to friends, family, and whoever needs their hair done. The price for a man's haircut is $20 and I gave a $5 tip. Total of $25 out the door. Which is very reasonable. There is also a lot of parking spaces so parking is very convenient.“

“I've been to several hair salons that I've found online over the years..they boast about their expertise, wonderful salon ambience, tons of services that they provide, etc etc...but I've always, ALWAYS walked out of those salons and walked into my car, sat inside, and cried because of how terrible the hair dressers made me look and feel. Lets not forget to mention the hundreds of dollars and hours spent.

It's been 2 years since I finally worked up enough courage to get back into a salon to get a hair cut and like before, I went online to search for a different salon than the ones i'd been to before..no luck.

Then one day, recently, I walked past Debut Salon in Dublin on my way to a restaurant nearby and my inner voice said "try this place"...so I walked in, asked if I could schedule a haircut,and Theresa..the salons owner, approached me immediately and she booked me an appt for the next day.

Her salon is not glamorous, but it's maintained. Her staff on shift that day knew all their patrons and were nice. I felt at ease there. Theresa is a straight forward lady, easy to talk to, she's personable, and most of all I can tell that her 40 years of experience is AUTHENTIC. it was the first time in many, many years that I walked out of a salon and not cried. I received compliments on my hair immediately from people in a shop I walked into after my cut, and I continue getting compliments. Thank you Theresa..(Ta-rey-sa) it's Italian folks, gotta pronounce it a bit differently. I'll be calling Debut Salon my regular Salin moving forward.
