Vivid Image Hair Salon is a highly recommended establishment known for its skilled and experienced stylists. Customers praise the salon's efficient management, attentive service, and the ability of the stylists to provide confidence-boosting haircuts that make clients look and feel their best. The salon offers a range of services, including haircuts, perms, and other treatments, at reasonable prices.
Although the haircut was okay, the color was way darker than requested. But what bothered me most was the complete lack of hygiene at this place. They are in such a rush to speed up the number of customers serviced that they do not clean ANYTHING in between!! They use the same dirty capes, combs, scissors, razors, towels customer after customer - not even washing hands after handling garbage, sweeping, etc. The stylists are nice but they really need to step up their cleanliness otherwise they’ll be spreading infections from customer to customer.

Wait time is around 8-10mins in the morning during the week day. My stylist she is nice and energetic, she cut more layers for me since my hair is super frizzy hard to manage. I will come back again. My son has been staying with this salon for long time.

They have a very good service. They also have reasonable charges for their services. Finding parking spots nearby could be tricky on a busy weekend. They have ample seating in the waiting area. All the staff are well behaved and very professional. Overall my experience was very decent here.
