While I still give five stars, unfortunately Golden Diva has gone out of business. My wonderful hairdresser, Shamsi, has found a different situation and I have followed her there.

Claudia it's beyond words to tell you how Caroline ruined my hair.First of all she thinned my hair so much that there was hardly anything left. No exaggeration telling you that I looked like a cancer patient survivor. She thinned my hair almost at the scalp. It's been 4 months since I was there and I am still having to brush it side to side when I blow dry it just trying to make it look descent. Where I made my mistake is telling her that she could thin it as much as she wanted knowing that she is supposed to be a hair stylist knowing when to quit. I went to A Golden Diva for my first time last saturday 11/20 for a treatment called Brazilian Blowout which i had been reading about in magazines. I called up to ask questions and the staff on the phone was very informative and super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. So i followed my gut instinct and booked the Brazilian Blowout with Claudia the owner. Claudia was so professional, she explained everything she was doing to my hair and i had so much fun conversating with her. My hair is perfect!!! I cant believe that its so easy to get ready in the mornings now. I am from now until forever getting my hair done by Claudia!!! i have been telling all my friends... read full review
