The technician Paul was friendly and knowledgeable in the A/C field. He pretty quickly determined the cause of my A/C problems through a systematic, easiest to hardest method. He found that my contactor in the compressor had burned out and he replaced it. He, also, did a great job of wrapping the cracked hose from the compressor to the house in tape.
Ratmir helped us with our refrigerator and our air conditioner (several months apart). He was knowledgeable, friendly, communicated well and got the job done well. We are very happy and will call Galaxy again the next time we have an HVAC or refrigerator issue.
