Takes forever. Place is a mess. I would swear this place is a front for something else. Never resolved an issue with a printer he held onto for over a year now. He may as well keep it at this point. Never called back with an update. Poor service. Poor communication. Will never go back.

My Brother Printer/Scanner would not power up at least 5 times consistently. I checked the website of Brothers and they instructed me what to do, try other outlets etc. I'm better than most as I use to be an Electronic Technician for Intel fixing the fabrication equipment that made the wafer chips. Well, I went to the Brothers website and they told me what exactly to do. Following the flow chart got the machine working by holding the power button down while inserting the power cord together. Really??? That's weird. It worked. Then the flowchart says "your printer will work but see an authorized Brother tech." I called around to a place in Concord that... read full review
