I worked with Emily for my wedding in December of 2021, simply put I only received 177 photos when I was guaranteed 250 (70%). Additionally the photos were delivered a week late.
I attempted to settle this through email, she was slow to respond, and then completely stopped responding.
This was the most important day of my life and I did not receive the photos. She still sends promotional emails for shoots she is offering and I hope people know who they are working with.
