    I've been a client of Mark's for over a year and a half. I'm mid 40s and needed a trainer who would understand where I am with my fitness activity (which isn't much as a full time working mom with kids) and overall health goals. Mark provides thoughtful sessions that includes stretching, push and pull strength training and more! I'm thankful after every session that I've made this commitment for myself. The exercise would never happen without the accountability.

    I signed up with Mark after a couple mediocre experiences with other trainers. I'm in my early fifties, I don't really like exercise, and I can't go to the gym because I'd have literally no idea what to do there. Mark hits just the right balance for me. He puts together a good program tailored to my needs, but he lets me go at my own pace. He's not screaming in my face or trying to get me to go beyond what I can do. It's just steady improvement, week after week. Mark's coaching is always excellent.
