I wish I would have seen all of these terrible reviews before I also got ripped off! Stay away!

They suck!!!!!! Too bad they do a bad job and the key they sent doesn’t work!!!! Stay away! Don’t trust them…

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I have been waiting 18 DAYS for a simple mail key from Minute Key and still no sign of it. I received a generic email saying "it's on the way," but there’s no tracking number, no shipping date, no delivery estimate—just radio silence. It's like they sent it by carrier pigeon and forgot to feed it. So I called customer service, hoping to get real help. I spoke with someone named Omah (employee #37104) who was shockingly rude, dismissive, and had zero interest in solving the problem. She quickly passed me off to someone named Robert, who flat-out refused to give me his employee number, talked over me constantly, and refused to issue a refund for a product that I still don’t have! This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve taken your money. No support, no accountability, no professionalism. I will never use Minute Key again, and as a retail employee myself, I will actively warn every customer at my store to avoid using the Minute Key machine. I’m also telling friends, family, and coworkers to stay far away. If you're thinking of using Minute Key—don't. It’s not worth the money, the wait, or the headache. Go to a real locksmith and save yourself the frustration.
