Just went to this urgent care for my first visit after calling my primary doctor and nobody could see me for another 2 weeks! Sheesh. Anyway, I made an appointment at home at 7:30am and was able to secure the first appointment they had today at 9:00AM. The intake and processing was quick as long as you fill out your intake forms at home before arriving. It was a breeze going in and getting seen by someone. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Hoa Doan who saw me was fantastic as well. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back for all my medical needs here!

If you're looking for a civil surgeon to complete your immigration forms, run, run away look elsewhere it's not worth it. She initially completed my forms, they were sent to USCIS only to be sent back because they were completed incorrectly. USCIS had detailed instructions on how the forms should be completed, despite those very clear and plain instructions Dr. Sargeant would not admit her entries on the form were incorrect. I had to do my individual research on how the forms are to be completed and requested these forms be completed in that manner. Before she made those changes she had me sign a form to acknowledge that those changes were at my request, but in actuality THEY WHERE AT USCIS's request! Nevertheless I signed. I was not comfortable sending it to USCIS with Dr. Sargeants signature. I went to another civil surgeon in the area and without hesitation he completed the form correctly and sure enough it was accepted by USCIS. Despite all this BS, they have the audacity to charge me for medical treatment from 5 years ago, which was paid for 5 years ago. When I called the company she hired to handle her billing, the people that answer did not handle her books anymore!! She has some random office charging me $600 for medical bills paid over 5 years ago. This whole office is suspect, her practice is suspect. I didn't feel safe as a patient then and frankly I hope this review helps you think twice.

My physical with Dr. Sargeant was the most thorough one I've ever had. Both she and her staff were very friendly and professional; there was hardly any waiting too. Highly recommend!

I'll give them 4 stars for not wasting my time talking to someone just to hear "no" but they still didn't answer my question all the way. I called and they have an automated system, I pressed the # for info on plans that they accept and it was another automated system which said they would text me at the # I was calling from. I got a text, I replied and they don't accept "straight" medical and they don't see children under 18. They never actually answered what plans they accept so I wouldn't be able to go there either because I'm not going to text them back.

I booked my 1st appmt with Dr. Ulin Sergeant online through ZocDoc. When I arrived, Front Desk Registration told me their office appmt system does not sync with their online appmt system and had me come back 2 hours later for my appmt. Additionally, the MD I had initially booked my appmt with was not available until 5 hours later so I ended up seeing the PA. I returned the following week for my lab work. One of the Front Desk/Registration staff was the one to attempt to draw my blood. One try and she refused to try again and refused for me to try to draw my own blood (I work in the medical field). She suggested I visit LabCorp or another 3rd party clinic after only ONE TRY. I requested to get my bloodwork done at the Laboratory at the hospital where I work. They allowed it. After fasting & arriving at the Lab early in the morning, I was turned away because Dr. Ulin Sergeant did not sign the lab orders the clinic sent for me. I understand things happen and mistakes can be made, but unfortunately for me, my experience with this clinic has been a series of mistakes and things overlooked, leaving an overall NOT satisfactory experience, where I now have no confidence nor trust in the provider or staff that should be attending to my health & well-being. The ONLY good thing about this clinic so far was the care I received from the Physician Assistant HAO DOAN. She has been their saving grace. She was professional, thorough, & communicated every procedure/protocol to me assuring my comfort and understanding. I would definitely follow PA Doan but I'm unsure if I'll ever return to this clinic/practice again. Not to mention the building is old and not the most aesthetically pleasing. Overall not terrible or the worst, but far from the best.
