Came with same day notice, no crazy fees, and helped us walk through everything that was legitimately wrong and identified future service opportunities for when the time was right. Took his time, was extremely knowledgeable, and all around a great experience (not pushy at all). He’ll be our go to plumber from now on in the SGV!

Tankless water heater went out. Kevin able to come out within 2 hours! Kevin thoroughly checked it out and gave me a free estimate. Although was slightly higher than previous plumber quoted, went with Drain Flow due to extra equipment to be provided, detailed explanation and other plumber never sent estimate. Fixed the following day! No problems! No added charges!

Uzziel and Adrian are amazing! Professional, courteous and have the can do attitude to get the job done. Uzziel provided me with a much needed camera inspection of my roof drains while Adrian worked on my tankless water heater by completing the routine flushing. Highly recommend Drainflow!! Thank you!
