This isn’t my regular WHC location, but due to the need for an urgent appointment, I was referred to the Downey office. My morning didn’t start off well because of a scheduling mix-up (not from this location), which landed me in a different location altogether. I'm aware mistakes do happen, and I wasn’t about to give anyone a hard time over it. I was relieved when I arrived at the Downey location; the front office team was still able to fit me in without any hassle. I don’t usually write reviews on places but I need to give the biggest shoutout ever to this team!! Karen was an absolute angel and helped me get seen super quick! I was ready to spend my day there just for her to do her big one and get me in and out in under an hour! All the staff are so kind, attentive, patient, and funny. I appreciate their work and how thorough they are in everything they do. I hope they all get to read this and understand how great they are!

I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now. The nurses in the front desk are very efficient end kind. But the best of all the bunch is my doctor.DR.REBECCA CATHERINE CHOLAS WOODS .She is the kindest and takes her time with me listens to me and my issues .she reached out too me on the phone even if I don't have an appointment on that day .she is fast on getting my authorizations too see specialist she takes care of important paperwork.
