I want to recognize Autumn in the Records Department for providing such wonderful service. She was incredibly sweet, outgoing, professional, and always smiling. She immediately built a great rapport with me and handled my request quickly with a real sense of urgency. I did not have to wait long at all for my records.

My MRI tech was super kind and super patient with me, I felt very safe and assured during the whole process. I don't know her name but she was working 6/17/26 at 12-1 PM, bless her! Everything was quick and smooth.
No answer by phone. You gotta go in person to schedule an appointment. On the appointment card I had one time and on the computer was schedule earlier. Was put on standby for the longest time due to their mistake😒 Other than that OK
