Fortunately, he had the part available already unlike other shops, and he was able to fix it - same day service. I brought the laptop to him and it was done in less than 20 minutes. The owner completed my repair on my MacBook Air retina 13 inch 2020 laptop. There was water damage. Another computer company was unable to fix it. eSarTechs backed up all my data before the repair and fixed all the water damage withen just days.... Highly professional... well skilled... and affordable. I will always go back for any computer or phone repairs. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my computer. I asked for a replacement of a cracked screen and they had availability for me right away. I was kinda nervous with handing my computer off to someone but i'm super happy with the outcome and will be going back!
