I contacted Ray today for a backed up line around 10 am and he was at my house by 11 am to assess the issue I had. He fixed the issue in no time and was very professional. He even cleaned up the whole bathroom after he was done. Very clean job. Also gave me a 30 day warranty to call him if anything happened just in case. Great value!

Ray did a late night house call for me after my son threw his toys down the drain and flushed one. He was so kind and informative. His prices are unbeatable! I will be calling him for all of my future issues.

Help! No hot water!!! Our 15 yr old water heater could give no more and went to water heater heaven. I shopped around looking for a plumber that could take care of the problem pronto. This was an emergency. I think everyone who calls a plumber feels the same way about their predicament and any good plumber is super busy. It's because of this that Ray did his best to squeeze me in. I had to wait a bit, but when he called on me, my problem was solved. Ray was friendly and FAST. Monique, his business assistant/partner/overall guru was very responsive.
