i wish i could leave more than one review, because every time i have plumbing work done, i'm always happy with the service. recently, i needed my water heater replaced, which can be a bit stressful, but Pro-Tech Plumbing Co. made everything easy right from the start. when i called, they asked how they could make me smile today, and honestly, they did just that. special thanks to jeffery, who came out with my favorite plumber, ruben. they did a fantastic job installing my new water heater, even though the space was tight and tricky to work in. they worked efficiently together and finished everything way faster than i expected—I thought i'd need to take the whole day...read full review
craig and Jeffery were friendly, meticulous, and dedicated to their work, but there was a slight issue. They accidentally left a bit of insulation and some screws in the drain pan in our attic. However, they were quick to return to Downey and clean up the mishap. Apart from that, they were safety-conscious, wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers when they entered our home. Overall, their plumbing service was commendable.
Incredible phone assistance, Micah guided me through the at-home methods for unclogging a garage disposal. He patiently explained each step, prior to dispatching a plumber to inspect it. Fantastic service, I made a call in the afternoon and secured a same-day appointment. Highly recommended in Downey!
