Alex‘s team at Payless 4 plumbing has always done a great job for me and my family. As always their lead technician, Ricardo explained the issue, the expectation of what the work would take and the cost.The work was done in a timely fashion, very clean and professional work. Me and other members of my family have been using them for going on 15 years. As my wife said “ you can’t stop things from breaking, I’m just glad we know someone to call who can fix it properly“
There was an issue with the drainage in our house. Turns out it was a symptom of a bigger issue. After getting estimates from other plumbers we opted to go with Payless for Plumbing. Will and Rick were able to provide us with multiple options and answered all of our questions -- they didn't talk down to us. We made an informed decision and were pleased with the whole process. We understood the scope of the work and got timely updates. Will, Rick, and Elmer got the job done promptly and they left the work site looking as if it they had never broke ground. They are to be commended for their efficiency and they completed the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.
