“I have had a mixed experience with my last foot doctor and decided to take the advice of a customer that was discussing the doctor down the street from my work as they ranted and raved about the foot doctor I was lucky enough to grab a canceled appointment . Well I had a great experience from my first interaction. I walked up to check in with receptionist as I was taking care of the payment for the office visit. The gal at the front desk was very helpful and explained the process and how the deductible was taken care of the overage was explained by the front desk person and she continued on to state that they would issue a check if the insurance covers the payment will be reimbursed. I realized at that time that the majority of the doctors staff were and are my customers at the vons grocery store up the street. The physician assistant/ xray technician I also knew as customers. And she was very nice and helpful . NOW the doctor was absolutely incredible she had an amazing soft touch with blinders to stop the patient from seeing needles. She wanted me to compare her injection to the last foot doctor. Well since I flew in the air and this new doctor was so good she gave me two shots and I had no pain while she finished and felt very little pain if any. After looking over the X-rays and the other doctors report Dr Khalwam found d the problem that has been obvious and began treating my pain and then will fix the other problems that I have on my over worked feet. She was amazing and is gonna take the screws out in the next few days I give the dr Khalwam and her amazing staff a 10 out of 10“

“So glad to have Dr. Panosian whom I have started from last year. He's willing to listen to you and have patience. I used to be gaslighted by my family doctor and gave me wrong guidance to even make things worse without explaining. I never feel better under his care. Front staff sometimes may little unfriendly nurse may so. But things little changed from last month. Hope it gets better for time being.“

“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

“Just visited today for my very first time . The office staff are so knowledgeable & intelligent . All 3 went above and beyond to help me obtain my X-rays from urgent care and even assist me by helping to ensure everything was coming back to my new phone thru my email , as I lost my phone and was currently dealing with set up of my new one covered from insurance. Dr. Graves took time to ask questions about past injuries an got a good overview of history of the foot injury before diagnosing what needed to be done an what could have caused the pain. BIG Thank you to everyone in this office today . As well as each patient that took the time to tell me that it would be ok , they used to be like me with this foot injury & I was in the best doctor's care .warm and very welcoming .5/5 stars for service , experience& quality of care.“

The support staff is also easy going and efficient. I have been here for Achilles surgery and other foot issues and I always leave happy.“

“I was first referred by my Kaiser physician to Kaiser Podiatry, which then referred me to American Foot Clinic. (Kaiser does not do orthotics). I was able to arrange an appointment within a week, was seen right at my appointment time, and was assisted with the castings of my feet, considering my own specific needs. The casting was done carefully and I was finished within 30 minutes. I was told that my inserts would be delivered to my home within 2-3 weeks. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff is very courteous and professional!“
