The place is very clean, but the customer service was not the best. Lucy seems to have her favorites and did not offer the same service to everyone. I kept on coming back because it is very clean, but I did notice how friendly and helpful Lucy was with certain clients and not as friendly with others. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and making me feel quite uncomfortable. I do feel sad about the way I was treated today.

I came in for a gel pedicure and overall my experience was not good. I was really hoping for a nice, sit-down, spa-type pedicure and the lady who did my toes kept going from client to client. Didn't think much of it at first, until I noticed she started rushing to finish my pedi since she had other guests waiting. Overall the whole experience was super rushed & the customer service was not it. Would not recommend! no scrub, no callus remover offered, etc. I paid $60 for a gel pedi. First & last time!

Lucy is the BEST! I come from the South Bay to have nails, cuticles, and ingrown toenails fixed up. The callus remover and hot wax does phenomenal things for my feet. I am a man with some rough feet and my wife loves my smooth feet when i get home. I highly recommend this place!
