Love it she never fails. I’ve lived in Downey 6 years and just started coming here! Wish I had came sooner ! Her prices are half the price of other locations in Downey and way better quality ! My gel x kept breaking from another shop and she assured me hers wouldn’t ! It’s been a month now and my nails are still fully on !!

The place is very clean, but the customer service was not the best. Lucy seems to have her favorites and did not offer the same service to everyone. I kept on coming back because it is very clean, but I did notice how friendly and helpful Lucy was with certain clients and not as friendly with others. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and making me feel quite uncomfortable. I do feel sad about the way I was treated today.

I came in for a gel pedicure and overall my experience was not good. I was really hoping for a nice, sit-down, spa-type pedicure and the lady who did my toes kept going from client to client. Didn't think much of it at first, until I noticed she started rushing to finish my pedi since she had other guests waiting. Overall the whole experience was super rushed & the customer service was not it. Would not recommend! no scrub, no callus remover offered, etc. I paid $60 for a gel pedi. First & last time!
