Wanted to kick off my birthday the right way and this spa did just that. The entire staff was great, Yesenia was who gave me a wonderful massage (that was greatly priced) I would def recommend.

Now i was kind of nervous since the most recent massage that i received in Downey was not good at all. This place hands down 10/10. My husband and i got the couples retreat massage and when i tell you we both didn't want to leave it was literally that amazing. Bibiana and Yesenia definitely did their thing. I will definitely be back to bring my mom. Thank you for making our anniversary special !

10/10 experience. Booked through Classpass and everything was seamless. I showed up 10 minutes late due to it being slightly difficult to find and had no problems. The girl at the front desk was super nice about my tardiness. Don't listen to the other reviews about their customer service, I had a great experience. If you book a massage and don't show up, or through your own error, book the wrong date/time, of course you'll be charged a no-show fee. Especially through Classpass. Facilities were cozy, clean and organized. Bibiana was amazing and kept checking if the pressure was good. People sometimes go way too hard on a Swedish massage and her light touch was perfect!...read full review
