Best time to work out is after 8:00 AM and before 5:00 PM.
The locker room, bathrooms and showers really need a major makeover; repairs recommended.
Overall, good location to workout, staff makes the effort to keep it clean.
And remember everyone, make friends with the weights and cardio machines. ?

I like the place but I can never charge my car while I go to the gym, there's always the security guard charging his car or people that don't even come to the gym to use the chargers and don't let members charge
