This place took for ever to have my sons glasses ready we ordered them in February and I didn’t get no call letting me know what was going on I had to keep calling for updates and also they didn’t inform me that this location was being closed till the last day they called to let me know go get my sons glasses mind you this was in may we waited months for my sons glasses really bad communication

If I can give zero stars I would. I placed an order for glasses on 11/29/25. As of today, almost 8 weeks later, no glasses. I’ve called every week since they gave me a timeframe of 2-3 weeks which is semi reasonable. This last call with a rep, she was acting like I was bugging. Kept repeating, “it takes 4 weeks” Lady…it’s been about 8, 4 weeks was 4 weeks ago :/ Shoot, by the time I get them, I’m going to need a new prescription.

I being uses glasses my whole life and knew there was something not ok. I had several problems with my order. The glasses didn’t fit right on the frame and they were blurry. Prescription was off. But after rechecking dr didn’t fix the problem. I gave it another few weeks with what he prescribe and still blurry. There excuse was I had a high prescription.
