Its been almost 2 weeks since I placed an order online and it still hasn't shipped. I have been emailing and messaging them through the chat function on their website for the past 5 days with no response. I'd like to know why my order hasn't been shipped. The last time I ordered they had a system error and I was charged double for shipping costs. I figured it was just that, an error. But now I'm wondering if it's just the way things are being managed.
