I would like to start of saying Gomez heating does take care of their customers. My AC was not working; I called and got appointment. Technician came out 2 days later and said it was fixed. It was not fixed, so I called back and they sent a technician out again. I was informed it was a part they had to order, and it would take some time. I was mad at first and Thanks to Edith, she was able to calm me down and take care of business and ensure me that it will be taken care of and apologize for the delay. They are very professional, respectful, organized and skilled. They have repaired our old systems and installed new systems, always fairly priced, with knowledgeable recommendations. So hard working - They will not give up until everything is exactly to specification. Clearly craftsmen anyone can rely upon. I recommend Gomez highly.
I was very impressed with the professionalism showed by Victor and his employees. I had an issue with my AC. I contacted Victor,he immediately gave me a date and time for when his techs would arrive. The techs arrived on time and quickly resolved my issue. Thank you Victor for the Great Service!
