Thermostat on the AC heater failed so I purchased a new one and the good folks at gamma air we're kind enough to show up within 3 hours of calling not next Wednesday as nex gen the service tech very knowledgeable professional courteous he was in and out clean the wall who does that they went above and beyond

Robert your technician did a great job. He texted prior to arriving. He talked to me first to see what issues the unit was having. He thoroughly checked the coils/compressor,capacitor, and evap coils/unit blower. He was polite and honest in his evaluation of our system. Thank you for providing good honest service. Just to add the owner called me the day before to explain the service charge. I was ok with that because it was a total system check from a honest company that's not trying to upsell me on a new unit. Our system is old but working fine. Gamma Heating and Air Conditioning responded to our request for assistance immediately after we observed a slight water leak in our attic from a clogged evap pipe. Technicians arrived the next day to install an improved evap PVC pipe to keep excessive moisture away from the house foundation. Quick, top notch work, great response time. Thanks again for your fine, professional services.
