    Whoever is on the phone at the front desk needs to be retrained, I can tell she easily gets irritated, to the point where she even pissed me off. She needs to get trained on listening and response skills. As if asking a question about the office she works in daily is an inconvenient task.

    This doctor office is horrible. Was referred here by an attorney. Wait times are thru the roof. You'll wait 2 hours past your appt time. This office literally only cares about the $20 & $10 they charge for their doctor signatures. They say they don't submit any forms online and do everything via snail mail which takes longer. It's 2026, all providers complete and upload online. Why? So they can charge for the doctor signature. Then when you log on EDD and view the forms, it literally will show them uploading them online later. They messed up my disability paperwork causing me delayed payments. Avoid here at all costs.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service call center's unprofessional behavior, which requires immediate attention from management. Despite calling six times today, I was consistently met with silence followed by the representative hanging up on me. I urgently needed to speak with the doctor for a scheduled telephone appointment, since the call center contacted the emergency number instead of mine. When I finally got through, the representative shifted the blame onto me for missing the appointment. It is imperative that the call center improves its service by addressing these issues and ensuring that patients are receiving the assistance they need.
