I was sent to their West Covina location to receive therapy for an injury, the doctors are very unprofessional, even the psychologist. Therapy consisted of doing something useless for 10 minutes, like pulling a small rubber band with my fingers. Waiting was ridiculously long and they cancelled my appt twice because I was 10 minutes late, even though I live 1 hour away. This place is horrible. Physical therapy only for 10 minutes after an hour wait. They don't return phone calls. This "dr.'s office" is ascam. Still haven't managed my pain. Highly do not recommend.

Virtually impossible to make an appointment. Left several messages, not one has been returned! Answering service told me I would have to send an email to make an appointment. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. What's her medical skills like. :(
