While the overall experience at Firestone Animal Hospital is commendable, some feedback has pointed out issues regarding communication from an older receptionist. However, many clients found the rest of the team to be caring and professional, with the main vet being calm and attentive during procedures. The affordability of services has been highlighted by clients, making it a highly recommended choice for pet care.
In summary, Firestone Animal Hospital is well-regarded for its quality pet care, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, despite some concerns about communication from a specific front desk employee.
