I took my 2 year old Dog who had Colitis. The Dr and Staff were nice and helpful. They took care of us when no one else was open on a Saturday. Dr.Rocha gave us some meds and helped me with changing my dog’s food. 2 months later my dog is healthily and happy
Dr. Rocha and his team always take care of our pets, something I learned is just let them do their job give them the info and let them see what’s going on just like any doctor or specialist. A lot of people come in panicked or stressed and take it out on the doctor or staff. I’ve never experienced any rudeness from the doctor or team. I just believe it’s all on treat people the way you’d like to be treated and results speak! Thank you to the staff members which forgive us for not getting your name but has a beard and curly hair with glasses for gifting us hills science dog food as a courtesy! Both the Vet (which is old) and his assistant do not give you time to ask questions. If you have taken your pet there before, they do not pull up the patient’s chart to review as they now have it electronically. But they don’t carry a laptop or pad into the rooms to review it electronically.
Also expect to be there for three hours or more. Very slow service.
