This review is overdue! Eduardo and his team do great work. He makes sure everything is done by the book. No cutting corners, and he sticks to the timeline. He was always on time, always available for questions, and incredibly patient.
He just recently helped fully renovate two one-bedroom condos that were in ROUGH shape, and they look amazing now. I've recommended him and his team to several people, and I'd do it again. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars!
Eduardo remodeled our home for us to a beautiful standard on a limited and changing budget. Eduardo is extremely skilled and professional and runs a tight ship. Quality is fantastic, Eduardo has great taste, excellent fix ideas for difficult problems and he and his team work at an insanely fast rate! Everyone is also extremely nice to work with - they are happy to work with guidance or run things themselves. We bought a fixer upper which was in worse condition than we realized - Eduardo was not judgmental about any choices we made, very clear about problems discovered throughout the renovation process, transparent on costs, and extremely flexible about recommending good... read full review
