Rudy with no doubt is a top barber in the city of Downey. I’ve been on the look and I have finally found a barber with premium service, attitude, time management and everything you would ask for. Very communicative and update you if needed.
I recently started going to Daniel at Excellence Barbershop, and I'm extremely impressed! The fade he does is top notch, especially on my beard. He’s definitely one of the top 5 barbers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
