I stopped going to Dr. Lucero because of the wait time. As patients our time is important, too. We rearrange our schedule and take time off work to go to the Doctor. I have waited over two hours, only to be told by staff at that point, that the doctor "decided" not to come in today. One day I was put in an exam room (after waiting in the waiting room) and I could hear them getting ready to close the office. I actually went out and asked about my appointment and was told the doctor was not going to be in. WHAT?
