I have been coming here for over a decade for all my dental necessities. The staff is amazing!!! Shout out to Frances who is simply a delight with a great personality. Besides her great rapport, her extensive dental knowledge is up to par to the field. I like that the staff is professional and knowledgeable with the processes. They are upfront and accommodating to my needs.
I don’t mind commuting 45 minutes in traffic to come to Downey Dental Group. Everyone from the reception desk, assistants, hygienists to the dentists are very kind and attentive! I am the type of person who does not go to the dentist unless I absolutely have to nevertheless, Downey Dental Group makes me feel safe and comfortable to the point where I have attended more appointments with them than I have in my whole life elsewhere. The staff is always very kind and welcoming and pleasant to chat with. The dentists they have here do wonderful work and always make sure you are doing ok during a check up or some dental work. I have been coming here for a few years now and plan to keep coming for many more! I cannot recommend them enough!
