Nice and straight forward customer service. It was my first visit and I am very pleased with the services provided today a complete exam, xrays and a very detailed explanation of my future dental work including price (very reasonable) and what my insurance will cover and my share. A big THANK YOU to Lulu, Ailene and a great dentist Monica Puentes. After seeing 3 dentists in the past 3 years, I am so happy I came here! We all appreciate honesty, fair prices and professional work, but most important a doctor or dentist who cares!

Dr. Puentes and the staff are extremely friendly and respectful. Office always smells freshly clean. The Dr. really took the time to listen to me and any concern I may have. She talked me through every part of my treatment and her front desk was very transparent when it came to any billing or payment questions I had. Her team was extremely welcoming and nice. Honestly the best dentist I have been too with her best experience. Thank you Dr. Puentes!

Monica along with her staff treat you with respect and are very gentle. Completely understanding and willing to work with you. Her type of care is like no other, I do not like the dentist but they make the visit more comfortable for me.
