Shoutout to the owner Emily!! I emailed them earlier this morning about getting some spare keys cut for our weird style lock we have on our front door. Since it's a Sunday I wasn't expecting to be heard from till the next day but nope Emily gave me a call within the hour and asked me if I had time to come check out the lock. She was here within 15 minutes, I showed her the lock I needed keys for and I walked off and about 2 minutes later she was already packing up and handing me some new keys. Talk about some fast and great work. I highly recommend them and if anyone needs a locksmith don't hesitate at all to give them a call or email.
Emily, the owner, was super helpful with getting our tent trailer opened when we lost the key recently. We couldn't find it and she came out and spent a lot of time working with us to get it unlocked. She was simply awesome. Emily researched the keys for us that we needed and was just super positive and energetic.She was professional and patient and handled the situation with ease. I would give her the highest recommendation around. Emily is a great local person to work with in the area.
Emily has very fair pricing, she's honest and goes above and beyond. She rekeyed my locks and one of them was busted (manufacturer defect). She not only called the company to order a free new door lock, she was very knowledgeable and got it all sorted. She didn't charge me because the job "wasn't done" until the new lock came in. She even fixed some of my door plate screws that were very shallow. She just came back and finished the job and when I reminded her about the mailbox lock she replaced last visit, she waived it. Kind, honest, and a wonderful human being. Thanks again Emily!
