Dinuba Rural Medical Center is a clinic with great and amazing doctors who listen, care, and take the time to understand patients' health concerns and family needs. The entire staff is professional, friendly, nice, and awesome, making patients feel welcomed, comfortable, heard, supported, and treated with kindness. The medical assistants and ladies go above and beyond for their patients. The front office staff, especially Lydia, is incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure patients get the help and appointments they need, squeezes them in when feeling sick, and ensures prescriptions are sent out on time. Patients feel genuinely welcomed as family at this small clinic. Many have been patients for years and highly recommend going to this clinic, noting there are no complaints. The warmth and amazing heart shown set the tone for the whole clinic.
Very friendly, caring and personalized service! I visit often from Fresno with my husband who is seen by Bob and their service is great, the gal who works front makes you feel welcoming & like family, in all back office is great as well. I do recommend this clinic to my family and others who are looking for great care and i love that they get you scheduled in quickly. :)
I want to give a special shout out to Lydia every time I come to the office to see the doctor she take care of me and my family 100% she always treats us with respect in dignity as her patience and that’s why we love coming back here because The way she takes care of us. And I command her for a good job!.
