Dinuba Rural Medical Center is a clinic with great and amazing doctors who listen, care, and take the time to understand patients' health concerns and family needs. The entire staff is professional, friendly, nice, and awesome, making patients feel welcomed, comfortable, heard, supported, and treated with kindness. The medical assistants and ladies go above and beyond for their patients. The front office staff, especially Lydia, is incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure patients get the help and appointments they need, squeezes them in when feeling sick, and ensures prescriptions are sent out on time. Patients feel genuinely welcomed as family at this small clinic. Many have been patients for years and highly recommend going to this clinic, noting there are no complaints. The warmth and amazing heart shown set the tone for the whole clinic.
I love this place! The doctor is great & The staff is very professional and very friendly. Staff makes us feel welcomed and comfortable. Especially Lydia from the front desk, she goes out of her way to make sure we get the help we need and is always ready to lend a helping hand in whatever she can. Will definitely keep coming back.
I been a patient for years and he's a great doctor he hears what you need and helps you in whatever he can.Their staff is great people they feel u welcome when you go into their office. I would recommend going to this clinic. When I call the clinic Lydia answers and I tell her that I'm feeling sick if she could get me in she tries her best to squeeze me in to see the doctor without an appointment if I have any kind of medication that I need to get refill Lydia on top of that thanks for caring and understanding.

It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and treated with kindness every single visit. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lydia at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, caring, and consistently goes above and beyond for every patient who walks through the door. From the moment you check in, she makes you feel welcome and taken care of — her warmth truly sets the tone for the whole clinic.
