“I have been bringing my white miniature poodle to Susan since she opened her shop. Susan is by far the best groomer in El Dorado County. She truly cares for her doggie clients and my dog, who has separation anxiety, can't wait to get inside the shop and is always happy to stay. Luna is the one who bathes the dogs and she is the sweetest.My poodle is very much a country dog who loves being outside and can get really dirty and matted so having a good groomer is important. Ricky doesn't really care much about nail trimming, but our Lucy ( the blondish colored dog on the left) is the Academy award-winning drama queen when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. He calms her right down with his soothing and gentle voice he calls the dogs honey and baby and reassures them saying it's okay you're okayHe's just wonderful!“

“Krystal is amazing! I have two German Shepherds who have never been to the groomer. But my husband had wrist surgery and I needed help with their spring shedding. I was nervous to drop them off to a new place! But Krystal called me and walked me through what their day would look like, and was very patient with my questions. She does not cage the dogs, and one gets to run around in the shop while the other is being worked on. We got our pups back and OMG they are gorgeous!! I can't wait to do this again.
