Shawn & Eric are really genuine in their communication and installed computer systems, did all the wiring, put in a server, etc and everything has been working wonderfully.It has been easy to communicate with them and i always get an immediate response. Thank you for your great work and expertise!

After dealing with 2 IT people who pretty much wiggled wires, I was having my doubts about High Speed wifi being possible. One gentleman said the repeater just needed to be higher, and that are speed test results were crummy because of our computers. Well, I called Panoptic based on a referral from a friend, who had been through the same situation. All I can say is they are professional, highly knowledgeable, actually showed up ready to solve my problems. We are pulling in speeds 10 times faster than before. I can't recommend them enough and have told everyone if they need a quality IT company. This is the one to call.
