I called because I really needed help with my Taxes! I was told that they were busy! It's March 18 2024! I can understand this! I was told Taxmasters would call me back after the Representative discussed with a CPA! I am still waiting for a response! It's march 20, and no response! They left me hanging! Waiting for a response that never happened! They couldn't tell me that they didn't have the capability to complete my Taxes while I was on the phone with Taxmasters! If they treat a new customer like this! I m happy that I didn't have Taxmasters as my Tax preparation provider! Imagine if there was an issue with my taxes! This office is extremely professional yet welcoming. Deborah is amazingly knowledgeable, honest and hard working. We totally trust her and are confident that our taxes are being done properly and thoroughly. All the staff in the office are so friendly and accommodating. Prices are fair, remember you get what you pay for. Deborah has done my husband and mine and our son's taxes since we relocated from Northern California. We are so glad she was highly recommended to us.
