i don't usually write reviews, but it was the first time i liked how my hair turned out after getting it done! I made a last minute appointment with Kay before flying out of town, and she was so helpful in explaining what my hair would need. i originally wanted a dark ash gray balayage, but knew my hair was pretty damaged. she warned me that my hair would not be able to take two bleaching sessions to get the bright silver color, and recommended i bleach it once to obtain a dark ash balayage. my hair felt soo soft after, i kept brushing through my hair all day! looking forward to annual hair appointments with Kay :)

Kay took such good care of me & listened to what I wanted but also asked questions to make sure she completely understood the vision for my hair. Her studio has really good vibes. Her prices aren't ridiculously expensive either I'll be recommending her to everyone I know!

Kay crushed it as always! I walked in with a particular style in mind, and she said say no more... Her whole process was also soooo enjoyable! She is very, gentle, quick, meticulous, and stylish! It's easy to communicate with her through text and parking is abundant. I would definitely recommend 10x over :) (You'll need to text her to be let into the building)
