Jacky helps to remodel our driveway, sideway, and backyard . Easy to communicate, reasonable price. I got couple bids but pick him in the end even tho he’s not the cheapest bid but he explained everything in details. Most important thing is he is always on time. I would definitely recommend him.
This is the only contractor I have not regretted choosing. The previous GC gave me a BIG headache. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Jacky and I am glad to hire Jacky to do my ADU. I built a 1000sqf ADU in the backyard, located at diamond bar city. I asked Jacky for their quotation at the beginning, which was very detailed and reasonable. Every step was explained clearly and it was easy for me to understand. Every communication was smooth and timely. I signed the contract in 05/2022. At that time, it was about $220/sqf, including some upgraded cabinets. The city plan check fee was about $3200, the school fee was $4700, and the architectural drawing was $7000.
