Dr. Chen has been my PCP for many years now. Always knowledgeable and friendly. Very efficient. I have gone to this office and I love the staff there. They are all amazing. ? They always answer my questions thoroughly and they are hard workers. Thank you to all the staff! Also, I have seen Lisa Huang in person and with video conference and each time it has been an amazing experience. I couldn't ask for a better provider. She really cares about the health and well being of all her patients. It really shows in her work and interactions.Clean office, great staff, smart doctors, amazing Nurse Practitioners. I truly appreciate Goldome Health and am grateful ?.
Stay away from this place, I have been put on hold on phone for over 1 hour every time I call to make appointment. They either need more staffs or phone line or should just close down.
A few things have changed for the better. The new staff (since my last review) are more knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Chen is great as always. I wish appointments were available more readily.
