Trust me the service at the front desk is very bad specially with the lady her name is Julie she’s very unprofessional to work at the front desk. She works and help you depend on her mood. Feel very unconvinced whenever I call in,always have to confirm the name before I talk to.
Terrible service, no one never answers the phone. The person in the front desk set up an appointment for me on a day they were closed wasting my time driving there. When I asked for my blood results, they wouldn't email to me saying I would need to come in to see the doctor. Withholding patient records is illegal. Seems they just want to make you come in for unnecessary appointments in order to bill your insurance. This clinic doesn't care about its patients, only their wallets. Avoid at all costs.
They never answer the phone. It's so hard to get an appt. Front staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. But when i have got an appt, The NP, that assisted me is nice and address my concerns..
Again it's really hard to get anyone in the phone!
