NIGHTMARE. I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic.
- Multiple lab orders were submitted incorrectly, causing unnecessary delays, repeated follow-ups, and wasted time.
- I was referred to another specialist for a questionable test result which created unnecessary stress and extra medical expenses.
- A very simple answer was delay over 48 hours to get a response.
Repeated administrative and medical errors seriously impact me physically, emotionally, and financially. I hope this clinic improves its patient care and quality control so others do not have to go through the same experience.
I love Dr. Chen and have been going to him for years. He listens and really cares for his patients. I like that he's quick and doesn't ignore or doubt the issues you bring up to him. The only issue is when you call it takes forever to talk to someone. You'll be on hold pretty much 99% of the time and theres been time that I know they forget you while you are on hold because I've waited 45mins and ended up hanging up and calling back.
Trust me the service at the front desk is very bad specially with the lady her name is Julie she’s very unprofessional to work at the front desk. She works and help you depend on her mood. Feel very unconvinced whenever I call in,always have to confirm the name before I talk to.
