Great experience with CompuWiz in Diamond Bar! My laptop suddenly stopped booting up, so I brought it in yesterday afternoon. Chris quickly ran a diagnostic, identified the problem with Windows, called me to explain, and reinstalled the system. Less than 24 hours later, my laptop was ready for pickup. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and clear communication. Lovely husband-and-wife business that I’m happy to support. I highly recommend.

After trying all the possible methods online, my PC wouldn't turn on, no matter what. But I never thought that my memory sticks were dead. Chris found out the issue pretty fast. I think if I sent my PC to him earlier that day, I could pick it up the same afternoon. Chris and his wife are very nice people who are easy to communicate with. I appreciate the work!
