When I was there, since I have to pick up many dresses and a set of suit, I didn't check it and just brought it home. I put my dress with beads to dry clean thinking it will keep the dress safe and sound, but comes back with many bald spots with beads came off. I am about to wear it to wedding this weekend and now I cannot anymore. only get to wear it once before dry cleaning.

After giving them tons of business in one year they damaged my shirt and not even sorry for it! Will not take responsibility ! I'm ok taking my business elsewhere. Do not trust your expensive clothes with them. I also am missing items count your pieces.

Rude/horrible owner.. if you like stained shirts come here. I took the shirt back because they didn't even bother to call me and say anything AFTER FINDING A STAINED SHIRT.. she tells me they wouldn't do that they refused to take it back her excuse is "the tag on the shirt doesn't match theirs colors" .. I've been using them for the last 4 months since they would call me 3 times a day while on quarantine that they are open.. but they can't call me over a stained shirt.. this is the second time they do this She's yelling at me and insulting me for her mistake.. they drink coffee while cleaning clothes... and finally it spilled on my shirt AGAIN and greasy fingerprints.....read full review
