Afetr ten years with my previous well-known pool service company, I was complaining about their increasingly unresponsive service and ever-increasing prices with a friend who buiids high-end pools. He recommended Edgar Guzman - Suntastic Pools. Edgar has been nothing short of amazing. He started helping his dad build and service pools thirteen years ago, and learned everything, and I mean everything, from the ground up. Now he has his own Company. Perfect, on-time pool service, check. Knows every part of every piece of my salt-water system, check. Great communication; he returns texts and reacts to any issue immediately. For owners who want to understand what is happening, he will expain what he is doing and why in understandable terms. He watches my money like his own. For established clients, he does incidental repairs at no charge other than for parts. I can't imagine a better pool service company or individual.

I feel blessed to have come across this company. I have never met them in person.... But they have totally taken care of the pool at my short term rental. I was literally going through a nightmare situation with the pool contractor and they had my pool green as I was waiting for inspection (and still am... well that's another story). Anyways... Suntastic came... they pressured washed, and got my pool to be what it needed to be. And now people are able to enjoy it! My daughter and son in law were there for four days and absolutely loved it! The water is nice for hair and skin. I am totally at peace that the maintenance is in good hands. He sends me pictures, he communicates, he asks questions and even notices things around and let's me know. I highly recommend Edgar and his staff to any homeowner looking for an honest and reliable pool maintenance company.
