I would never recommend my worst enemy to this plumber. I called him 2 weeks in advance for a job that he said he would do. He asked me to remind him a day in advance. I reminded him TWO (2) days in advance. He said he would be at my residence at 830am. He did not show up. He did not return my phone calls. He did not return my text messages. I am absolutely under the gun to get a job done TODAY and he left me high and dry. He is unprofessional and incompetent.

This was my second, and absolutely last, time using Hidalgo Plumbing. Lightning may not strike twice, but apparently shady business practices do.

The job was simple: install three vanity faucets, connect drain and supply lines, and snake a slow shower drain. I explicitly instructed him — more than once — no flex line drains. As a real estate broker with 28 years of experience, I know they clog fast and get flagged on every inspection. He nodded, went to get supplies, and came back with rigid lines. Good start.

This business was at my address fixing my neighbors apartment now as a professional you should know not to bother in anyway shape or form any other tenant they arrived as my daughter was about to leave and because she was leaving and not fast enough for him he was yelling out the window for her to hurry up and leave so he could park in my entrance, 1 he cannot block my entrance, 2 he cannot tell my guests to hurry up and leave, 3 you are not allowed to disturb any tenants while providing work related issues you park on the street as l told him.
